The room was big and comfortable. Despite the cold rainy winter weather, the heater easily maintained a warm temperature. However, one of the bedside lamps had no bulb. The window at the back above the microwave was stuck open, letting cold air in, and one plastic handle was broken, I still managed to force it closed without breaking the other handle. the condensation on windows was high, with no ventilation system or heat pump. I think the hotel needs some refurbishment but I guess it's a work in progress and thats probablywhy the price was cheap. I still had a nice stay, the hotel is well located in a calm area but not far from main roads, easy access to and from SH2 or Lower Hutt central.

Kept waiting in the freezing cold too book in ! Broken furniture, heating not working cold showers and staff with no manners until one staff who got us a heater that worked on Saturday evening. We will not return.

This place is rundown need to makeover looks nothing like it says in the photos and not very clean
