Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt und wegen der Nähe zur Autobahn ist die Lage perfekt. Super Lage auch für einen Aufenthalt in Bilbao, da die Stadt super mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist und von einem Besuch Bilbaos mit dem Auto stark abgeraten wird. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter!
Die mini Fenster im Zimmer waren nicht schön, aber wegen der Lage zum Innenhof, wurde das Zimmer trotz hoher Temperaturen draußen nicht heiß und stickig. Die verfügbare Klimaanlage haben nicht einmal benutzt.

It has a good location in the city, close to the metro to Bilbao. The lobby, the shared kitchen, and the room have a modern look. Flexible direct online communication and coded door locks are very helpful for late check-in and early check-out. The staff was very nice during check-in.
There is only one shared refrigerator in the shared kitchen. The cleaning staff placed the trash can on top of our packages while cleaning. Our toilet flush valve made a loud screeching sound, which was not funny at night for others. I could enjoy the sound of the sewer drain from the room above us inside our room, 1 meter from my bed. The mosquito net is really missing from the ventilation window in the bathroom. We received a cockroach as a souvenir in one of our bags.
