Location and facilities always great. Plenty of space and a flat walk to town

Everything was good - fireplace stopped working but maintenance came out pretty quickly to fix

The property is immaculately presented with top quality appliances, a well resourced kitchen with every tool or appliance you could want, and sweeping vistas of both the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. The proximity to town was fantastic. A short 5 min walk to the Pier and the restaurant district. The Staysouth property managers were incredibly helpful with advice on Queenstown and made themselves available at all times. The whole booking process to arrival through to departure was made simple by the professionalism of the Staysouth team.

Beautiful, well-appointed, very clean, so comfortable! Higher-end luxury. Air conditioning, fireplace, brand new appliances, garage, walk to everything, picture-postcard views! Wonderful for our family holiday. Felt like home. Well worth the cost.

We loved it & would very happily stay here again; however, be aware that the road is pretty busy & noisy from 6.30am. We were in apartment 10 & there is a street light right outside that blasts into the primary bedroom all night. The view across the lake to the mountains is spectacular but sad you have to close the curtains to stop the streetlight overnight.

Very noisy especially the front room right in the Main Street.
