LakeRidge Queenstown by Staysouth

Quiet apartment complex with exceptional views . The spa bath a definite plus . Well presented living spaces with good proximity to town . Best suited to to two couples or three singles in its standard bed configuration.

For those planning to dine in & cook i found Kitchen accessories & arrangements a bit lacking . Meaning it was wasn't getting much serious usage . Third bedroom a little cramped . As is common in Queenstown its a 'just fit' the vehicle in garage without direct access to the Apartment.

The facilities, balcony with the amazing view

The driveway is very tight and having other guests parking on the yellow lines around the appartments made parking in the garage impossible. There was no off street parking available close by.

Stunning views of the lake and mountains from large balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Tastefully furnished. Fantastic property! Great communication and service property managers Stay South.

Could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms and a larger selection of cooking utensils. Also a couple of extra chairs on the balcony.

This was a good location, being about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment was modern and clean and tidy on arrival. No complaints about the apartment. You will have a fine time there.

There were a couple of issues with our stay. The first relates to parking. There is a garage attached to the apartment but the block of apartments are built so close to each other and with the access lane on a relatively steep incline, parking anything other than a small car is really quite difficult. Certainly not a deal breaker, but please be aware if you own or plan to hire a larger vehicle. The second issue relates to service by StaySouth. We spent about $4500 NZD on our 5 nights at this property. When we departed we accidentally left an item behind (to the value of about $100). I messaged StaySouth 4 times to ask if we could work out how to have the item returned. The messages weren't acknowledged or returned. I phoned StaySouth twice. No-one made any effort to follow up on this with me. So we had to leave the item behind. Really disappointing StaySouth - your customer service really is lacking. On this basis alone I won't ever book through you again.
