Everything... Susan and her ladies are friendly and accommodating, and they remember us as we're regulars by now. Breakfasts are great, beds are comfy with enough extra blankets for the cold nights... And the fireplace in the lounge area, combined with comfy couches, good company and some lovely red wine is just perfection!!

Safety - electric fences are checked every Friday afternoon. The room was beautiful, as was the bathroom. The guests were all quiet.
I was 'locked out' by the pool and slipped through a narrow electrified gate. But, I couldn't remember the code to the front door and had to wait until the staff heard me - it took quite some time as they were at the staff quarters. The generator was not switched on until it was almost dark. Wi-fi unstable - it took about 20 minutes to settle my bill as the ABSA app wouldn't work. Only two or three choices of drinks in the communal bar fridge. I felt that my dinner was overpriced - at R160 for a homemade hamburger with Steers sauce and oven chips...
