The staff were lovely!! We celebrated a birthday and they made the birthday girl feel special on both the first and last day of our stay, which was beautiful!!! The pool was a decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they provided complimentary water bottles daily. The room was spacious and the beds were quite nice. The hotel was very close to MRT (train) station, which was very convenient! Overall, a good stay!
The hotel advertised a pool bar but it was not opened the entire time we were there which was disappointing! Also the pool closed early (7pm).
Plus paying $12 for a cup of coffee at the hotel bar at night was insane (and that’s prior to the service charge and tax!)

Convenient to MRT stations like newton and orchard. Room service is quite fast when requested for amenities like towels, toothbrush and bottled water.
There is a stingy smell right when open the room and the place is quite old. When sending messages through booking.com to the hotel it takes a long time to response and sometimes the messages had its being ignored.
