    Came here to Sheraton Hanoi for a wedding and glad I decided to stay here. The location is great - walking distance to some local restaurants and the lake. Getting a Grab was easy and is close to Old Quarter. The staff were great and super friendly and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The grounds - garden and pool area was beautiful. I would book my stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

    I booked and paid for a King Suit room which showing a living room in the photos. When I arrived, the staff gave me a room with a King bed without the living room and explained that Agoda uploaded with wrong photos. So dodgy for a 5 stars hotel. No recommended
