Coffee pods were provided and some lovely little pastries. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the Basilica. Quiet in mornings but could get loud on Fri/Sat nights, but if door is closed with fan it is fine! The host Maria picked me up from the train station and really looked after me!
Pillows could be a bit softer, but overall place was very clean, and very friendly!

Monolocale molto spazioso a piano terra, costituito da una camera matrimoniale e un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo. Perfetto per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Praticamente adiacente alla Porziuncola e alla fermata del bus che porta al centro di Assisi in 10 minuti. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito poco distante.
Il bagno seppur piccolino è funzionale... farei solo un pò di manutenzione.

Posizione ottima, camera basica, pulita e ordinata, e soprattutto Carlo super disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità, e carino nel farci trovare sempre qualcosina di dolce e il caffè per colazione
