the location is just perfect with lots of cafes ,bars and clubs.if u are in seminyak for party then its quite a good spot.lots of tourists around the area aswell and quite safe .
it has some issues with the bathroom shower . its the hot/cold water selection which does not work sometimes .also the shower water pressure is not really good . its the problem with both the bedroom showers . and also the shower area has some water stains.

Great location to restaurants, shops and beach. Lovely bedrooms, spacious villa, nice pool (albeit a little cool mostly in shade) Host and housekeeping awesome. We did a very last minute booking, 1 hour before arrival ... the place was ready for us fruit bowl, ac’s on, welcome greeting ... highly recommended
A little too close to the nightclub for us, loud music till 4:30am

The location was good
Black mould growing out of the air conditioner, the wall are cracked and water damaged , no hot water, the shower head had didn’t work properly. The place was filthy , and we got sick after only one night of staying there .
