the cottages are cute and comfortable. Saula springs hiking trail nearby. The guys working there were very nice.

just not my thing. very tourist trap-py and not authentic feeling. I understand if you want to go there as a family with kids who’d enjoy the experience, though. No vegerarian options for main meals.

Atmosphere and overall location - No comments here - very authentic viking themed. Probably the best theme park around the Baltic states. Big territory - multiple objects to explore. The owners indeed take care about every detail. Here you find accomodation, sauna, delicious food and viking themed activities. Room - Despite -10°C outside during our stay in Feb 2026, room was warm enough and had all goodies needed for the stay (towels, tea, coffee, kettle, shower, even TV).

Staff - That might have been language barrier, but we didn't feel welcomed here upon arrival. They barely even talked to us. Reservation related - When making reservation/arriving you don't receive any guidance where to go/where receive keys (via booking message for example) and when you try to call them by the phone, they do not answer. Even when you find that out yourself (that you need to approach the personnel at the tavern), you need to approach them yourself, instead of them greeting you. Also, upon check in, they did not ask us whether we want to book breakfast (this is a standard practice for hospitality industry). The thing is, that the tavern is open from 11:00-12:00 in the morning, but if you staying here for a night, you can come even earlier as they have breakfast proposal for the guests who stay overnight, but it is not stated anywhere. Informational and language - Almost all informative notes around the territory are in Estonian (it was not a big deal for us - we used Google lense to translate, but for some travellers from abroad this can be an issue). Bed in our room - Too soft.

good situation, air condition

King’s house, where I stayed, is opposite the sauna. There was a group of idiots who raved/partied and shouted the whole night. I couldn’t sleep at all. There supposed to be silence between 23-7, but don’t count on that. Staff doesn’t care and did nothing although I said them already in the late evening. Next day, they were very annoyed when I complained again and said what we can do to it. Can’t recommend.
