It's acceptable can be a long wait especially if having breakfast early abd having to leave and get to university on time.

Great place, the refurb is stunning! The staff are the true gems to this place, all friendly and lovely.
Room very warm although there was a fan in there which was a nice touch…air con would have been perfect

Nice location and the staff were extremely nice! The pub looks really lovely and with a great vibe for whoever wants to have a drink on the grounds. It was a bit hot so I got to have a lovely breakfast at the terrace which was so peaceful.

The fans provided for the room was inadequate for the extremely hot weather.
