No television in the bedrooms, only one in the family room.

We like the location and staff of the villa. Amore Villas doesn't have a restaurant, so the breakfasts are served in the cafe called Lagom. The breakfasts were exceptional! Loved that breakfast is served until almost 1 pm 😁

There was no visible sign of the Villa, so our driver couldn't find it right away. As we arrived late at night and were extremely tired, it felt annoying that it can't be easily found.

Staff were the highlight of this villa. Nothing was too much trouble; all were pleasant and friendly without exception, and they attended to any request for help quickly. Villa was also a good size, with a large pool.

The property was not good value for money. This was booked for a 40th birthday and we paid 2000 GBP for 11 nights. First, one of the bedrooms was in a considerable state of disrepair. The sideboards next to the bed had collapsed and it looked like someone had been punching the wardrobe and walls. Luckily we only needed 3 of the bedrooms, as this room wouldn't have been OK. The kitchen/living room area had two leaks in the roof (and it rained heavily throughout our time there). What made this worse was that the staff knew about the leaks (they had left towels to soak up the rainwater coming through) but didn't tell us about it. There was also some wrappers left in one of the drawers. The area by the pool was adequate for sitting, but along with the rest of the villa lacked the kind of luxury feel we were looking for with this booking. On being told about any problem, the staff were quick to try to rectify it, but it is a mystery as to why none of these things were fixed before our arrival. In short, the property didn't live up to its marketing.
