The IBIS Munich south is a typical mid range business hotel with reasonable pricing and the facilities you would expect in such a place. What was special in my case was the extremely friedly and helpful support I got from the receptionist / bartender Ms. Alzihairy. You got the feeling you were a special guest and got all her attention.
The location is one of the few less attractive neighbouhoods in Munich, but close to a variety of public transport connections that make access to all Munich destinations easy.
The breakfast is the usual buffet style all you can eat breakfast, but €18 for a comparably limited offer is simply overpriced.

Overall it was an okay place, nothing really special about the place.
It was quite cheap for a hotel and it had close by parking which is convinient.
Breakfast was very "poor" with little to no selection.
Bread, Eggs, Coffee and maybe a salad.
Parking is quite expensive at a rate of 16 euros per night without any discount.
The shower was a bit small with no shelf to place a bottle of shampoo and it was leaking outside.

It was cheap and relatively ok distance from the city centre.
It was a football match next to the hotel (there is a stadium nearby). It was very loud in the hotel after that, people walking, shouting and going in and out up until 2:00 AM. The staff did not talk or show any sign of hospitality to us.
