    Perfect for a night stop.. perfect location everything is within walkable distance of 15 mins eg. The botanic garden and the blue penguin nesting grounds, cafe and food places are 5 mins away. Pak n save is a bit further open from 7am to 9pm. Staff are extremely helpful and cheerful.

    Quite dingy, old run down. In a very sketchy neighborhood. Kept my hand on my wallet at all times walking the streets, which were eerily quite. Few ppl walking hence uneasy feeling. Plumbing in the hotel very loud. Thin walls.

    Good location. “Refurbished” room was sadly shabby. Peeling vinyl skirtings in bathroom, chipped paintwork throughout, noisy old fridge rattled all night, basic tea, coffee, toiletries supplied. Dangerously high step up into shower had no handrail and shower door opened in opposite direction to towel rail, making it impossible to reach towel. Unsecured wi-fi connection. No security chain on door. Decrepit old lift led to section of building under construction.
