Simple Nice Experience stay at Quest Hotel-Kuta

Location great Facility such as Porter, friendly staff, clean room, easy access

The food for breakfast.The variety was amazing, but some bread roll was mouldy and it was too late as we already half bite The loc of the pool was ok but need to have such Towel Facility on display and extra nonslip paving on the floor. Bath room was spacie...but the tile under the shower was so slippery. But overal we were happy

Nice city hotel close to airport with helpful staffs

We were party of 2 - sisters, stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room with twin bed. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room - much appreciated! and the fact that we had twin beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was cold. Water pressure was good, enjoyed the warm shower after long drive from Singaraja. We love it that it was very close to the airport where we need to be the next day and close to restaurant where we took our family dinner there. Staffs were also super nice and helpful. Didnt wait for long to get the lighting in the bathroom fixed and delivered water upon request. We also love the fact that the room has balcony so we can enjoy a bit of fresh air. The room can also be almost completely dark in the evening that helped me to sleep better.

We had a bit of issue with the lamp in the bathroom. Technicians came twice to fix it, but later on still not completely fixed, but we were ready to sleep anyway. AC may need to be fixed so that it doesnt make too much noise in the evening.

Noisy and a construction site!

Clean room, nice aircon. Lively staff

Hired the room only for day use while transiting and wanted to use the pool. Refurbishments being done around the pool so it was a construction zone with jackhammering, dirt and cables everywhere. No warning when I was booking. The NOISE - from the jackhammering and the local mosque blasting out hellish screeching every hour on the loudspeaker. If you are looking for sleep don't stay here.

The hotel is old but the rooms should be clean and it wasn’t. The towels and sheets were clean but the bathroom was floors, shower and door were really dirty. The bathroom sink was blocked. All the floors had some sticky residue.

Mouldy and noisy

It is near the airport which can be convenient if you need to catch an early flight.

Mouldy: The room had mould patches all over the ceiling and on the wooden furniture. They should really do something about immediately. Noise: There is a mosque nearby, a military base, and a Rooster. Between the three there is noise (trumpets from the army base, calling to prayer songs, and rooster from 4:30am and through the day).

Cheap and what you pay for. Needs updating and to be well cleaned.

Staff were very nice and pool looked great.

tried to accommodate early check in. Hotel didn’t look busy and room available sign out front indicated there were rooms available yet when we arrived we had to wait 1.5 hours to check in Room was dated and dirty, bathroom shower didn’t work correctly, floor slippery not good for young kids. We were only staying for 6 hours whilst waited for flight so location to airport was good.

Room much older / tired than appears in photos. Very strong odour from toilet, not too bad if you kept the lid closed and door shut. Pricey for what you get.

The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and room size also ok.

We had lunch in the restaurant, we came down from room, didn't bring wallet. They insisted on paying immediately, we wanted to add the bill to the room, but they quite pushy, eventually they send someone to our room to collect the cash. I guess the restaurant is different business from hotel? There were not many food options close by, but it's ok, for short stay can use go food to order.

worth spending bit extra money for the better rooms. you don't want to be on the ground floor!! not a very pleasant smell in rooms. we got moved to another level and it was fine!

Relaxing place to stay after a late night flight.

We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport. We flew in very late at night and were very tired so we appreciated a short journey to our first night’s sleep. We also loved having a poolside room.
