beautiful breakfast room and true historical house！The host is superb and very kind to introduce this true family home！and cute kitty！
the room we stayed do not have window for bathroom and it's kind like a basement？ It's okay for one night but would think twice if stay longer. I believe other rooms may do not have the probelm.

The atmosphere of an elegant family home. The photos of the family and the stream, then road in front of the house.
The excellent recommendations from our host.
All good including parking in the street in front of the house.

This unspoilt home still gave comfort but was sympathetic to its heritage.
Location could not have been improved right in the centre of Modica. View from balcony gave whole vista of town and hills.
Bathroom was wonderful.
Host was very helpful
Nothing but one little touch may have been to have tea making facility in room
