Da recepção e cordialidade das pessoas do hotel. Todos foram muito atenciosos e educados em nos atender.
No café da manhã, por exemplo, solicitei itens diferentes dos oferecidos e em nenhum momento disseram que não podiam fazer. Ao contrário, fizeram e senti que foi feito com carinho.
A área kids também achei muito legal e com diferentes itens para atender diferentes faixas etárias. Meu filho de 7 anos se divertiu muito.
Nao teve nada.

Breakfast is amazing, gym is good, and the hotel area is nice.
The WiFi is ok, but gets stuck occasionally. The rooms are nothing to write home about, but they are spacious.

the pool wasn’t well maintained and I could hear people in the next room. could be more sound proof

The property is big and has great potential to be like it was 20 years ago
it lacks a lot of maintenance, bed is not comfortable and bathroom could be cleaner.
breakfast is not so great as well
