    The breakfast is great, but the rooms don’t match the status of Doubletree Hilton. The rooms were not clean at all The carpet was as if it is from the 19th century

    We had a great and amazing stay at Double tree hotel, The location is good, the receptionist, house keeping staff were all accommodating and helpful, and in the restaurant special thanks to Mr. Ray and the team , our breakfast was very good. Overall excellent.

    Poor run down aged hotel. Sauna and steam not working and staff said no idea when they will fix it. Swimming pool area is falling apart with flaky ceiling paint and tiles coming off the pool floor. Rooms are faded musky smelling. Especially the carpets. And the hot water system is still in the 1920’s as it takes 10-15 minutes to heat up and water pressure is low. Requested for additional towel 3 times before I received it. Next day went back to issuing only 1 towel again. Didn’t remove garbage from the room just moved it to the suitcase table as if I wanted to keep clear waste. Breakfast was served in the conference room rather than the restaurant And food was limited and cold. Very poor standards of services, overall the hotel needs a refurb of its facilities and rooms along with the management. Worst Hilton group hotel I have stayed in by far and I have stayed in a lot and I used to work for Hilton.
