    We came down to fly fish and then head up to hobbiton. This place was the best. Quiet, beautiful view, and amazing owners to cap it off.

    Great location. Peaceful and convenient for traveling by car. Beautiful lake view just in front of the motel. staff were friendly and very helpful.

    The weekend my partner and had planned unfortunately didn't happen. However, Jack and Di's were still incredibly accommodating. They were kind and still offered to take of us if we still had the opportunity to make our trip. We will be making the trip at some point and we will definitely be booking into Jack and Di's. Thank you for your communications and your sincere kindness. We look forward to staying with you when we next get the opportunity.

    We enjoyed our stay in Unit 7 at the property. Ken is very responsive to our queries and made sure we were comfortable settling in. We had everything we needed to make simple meals. The rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room areas were all clean. Electric blankets worked fine too. We suggest that the plastic cutting board, kitchen scissors and knives to be replaced/sharpened. Lastly it would be good to keep doors closed as it seems sand flies (being near to the lake) do get in and the person sleeping in the bed next to the entrance may get bitten. Not a big deal. Also enough parking space for our car.
