Good location to access gandria and path

Room was crowded with bed with sharp edges so very hard to walk around the room. I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk and was charged 9 francs (11 USD) for a 750 bottle of water. The front desk man said there were no other options to buy a water nearby and then said its 9 francs because he doesn’t charge a “coperto” to his restaurant clients. The problem is that I was a guest at the hotel and not the restaurant. 9 francs for a water when there is no water available to buy anywhere is abusive bit he didn’t seem to agree. Said it was normal Swiss pricing.

Could be so much nicer....

In fact, it's my first negative comment ever written in my live. The hosts are actually nice people, but the rest was pretty disappointing.

The list is long, so shortly, the room was not very clean plus noisy because the street traffic and thin walls, so I could hear at night the neighbour talking loud. The breakfast very basic and tables were dirty and uncared. Most difficult was communication before booking, I was trying to write before the visit with some questions and concerns, but I got no answers, even though I wrote few reminders. The only answer I got while check-in was that I should have called, because they don't have time to read and answer messages, so basically putting responsibility on me. Not very professional. I wish them all the best, because with more care it could be nice, atmospheric place like on the photos!

Not a bad view, easy to get to by bus, staff generally pleasant, breakfast ok. Great location for the olive walk.

Nice hotel, but neglected

Charming old hotel.

Almost everything was old and outdated. The mattresses were old and worn-out, so were the towels and the bedding (there were even some little holes in the sheets). Why don't they invest in some new? Breakfast was disappointing, with old bread and very little choice. The owner let me pay 25 Franks per day for parking, however, you can park for 10 Franks per day almost everywhere in the city (Tip: use the app ParkingPay, for 40 Franks per week, or 10 per day, you can park in every 'blue' parking place in the city).

Exceptional

From the moment we arrived, I called Piero and we were greeted by Piero’s wife, who let us in and she was the sweetest and most kind lady. The whole B&B was spotless and our room was perfect. We stayed overnight as we had to leave very early the next morning to travel down to Sicily but whenever we come back to Termoli we would happily come back and stay in this beautiful town. Grazie mille!

The room was decent.. the girl at the reception is so kind to help me carry my luggage up the stairs.. the room is big enough to put my stuff.. the location is not near station but there is a direct bus no 2 that drops just outside the hotel.. so is good.

Ok, not great

The location was good, just beside a bus stop. The room was small but that wasn't a problem. The bedding was clean and the shower was good. Everything was clean enough, but not as clean as hoped for in a hotel.

The mattress in our room was terrible, as we could feel the springs and kept us from sleeping well. The bathroom was ok, but there was a bit of dirt and hair on the floor behind the door. We paid extra for breakfast one morning, and that was not a good breakfast.

„Luxury room“: double bed with 20cm space around. Bath room to tiny to hang the towel. Very noise: traffic and toilette rush. Breakfast: table not set, no milk, cheese, meat, water, poor müsli choice, no napkins, staff absend. This all for CHF 15!

It was so beautiful and clean, very homey and with a lovely little balcony where I could see the lake peeking through.

A bit further away than others, make sure to take public transport because the hills are too steep to walk up with luggage.

Nice hotel, great staff

Lovely small hotel attached to restaurant. Good, comfortable and well-equipped room. The staff were delightful - upon arrival the sink in the room was blocked, however the manager on duty at the time immediately came to fix the issue and kindly cleaned the bathroom again afterwards. Thank you! Breakfast was good too.

I could not make the wifi work and the curtains in the room let quite a lot of light in. There was also noise from a neighbouring room until late at night, however this isn't the hotel's fault. None of these issues caused me major problems, and overall I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is walking distance to a bar and some restaurants, with a clean and affordable room.

We needed to have a late check-in, the staff were friendly and helpful, also for exchanging some money for parking. We decided in the morning to have breakfast at the hotel instead of elsewhere which allowed us us more time to enjoy the great hike and amazing views from Monte San Salvatore.

The given check-in time was not correct. The hotel is basically a restaurant and check-in starts when the restaurant opens in the evening. When we arrived, it was closed. It was also very loud at night because of the restaurant. There was no air conditioning. My door had a defect and was therefore difficult to open and close. The mattress didn't seem to be in a good shape. In addition, the person at the reception / allegedly the owner of the hotel was unfriendly during the check-in.

The meals we had, breakfast and dinner were very good. Dinning out on the terrace with views of the lake was special. The hotel is right on the bus route which is convenient although walking into town was not difficult , which is what we did.

Good property but badly run

The hotel is pretty but not well managed, the bed was broken mattress uncomfortable most of the fittings were loosely put. The person on the reception wasn't very communicative and mostly not available. He didn't even reply to the messages sent through Booking.com. The breakfast for 15 euros was pathetic, nothing was fresh a few old bakery products old breads in different packets , they were not even kept properly. Fruits were old n mostly rotten

Nice place with view over the lake and mountains 1 km from the towncenter. We had a spacy balcony. Breakfastbuffet with all what you needed. Very friendly host.

nothing special... Standard accommodation, lake view from 2nd floor almost zero... but there is -just you have to find it:) Maybe from 4th floor is more visible lake, but anyway I don´t think. Bed was like from 2nd world war, but it was ok. TV was not working.
