Great staff. Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy .Nice and quiet for sleep. Parking was okay. Was great to bring our dog along for the stay.
Beds not very comfy, hard matress with not much support. The shower had issues, was leaking both ends. Bathroom window was missing a latch, which made bathroom very cold. No bathroom heater. Electric blanket on the bed didnt work. Needs upgrading.

Henry was brilliant. Thank you for your help settling us in. The mattress was very good,firm but comfortable. My back felt better for it.
It seemed a terrible waste of water waiting for a very long time for the hot water to come out of any taps/shower.

The shower was amazing. Great pressure and loved the shower dome as it makes the shower warmer. Kitchen was clean and sufficient for what was needed. Room was clean and loved the access to outside garden Heating was efficient for a cold night
