The space was clean and bright, with a nice breakfast bar which had a wonderful view out over the Camel Estuary.
Good location with on site care parking and easy 10 minute walk into town.
Nice to have a sink and small fridge in the mini kitchen.
Bathroom was wondeful, great shower.

The room and building seems so purpose built for holiday rentals.
Spacious, clean, lots of plug sockets, steamer etc
The view was beautiful and parking was a bonus.
Short walk to town (up hill)
Rooms are called Tides and Sands
Initially google maps takes you to the wrong house just up the road so we were a bit lost and there was no photos of the outside of the house to be able to work out what house it could have been.
Follow the booking.com map not google.

The location and parking were excellent and it was spotlessly clean.
No microwave or cooking facilities, this wasn’t clear in the description, and fridge was tiny. If we had done our usual supermarket shop beforehand there would have been nowhere to store cold items, and nowhere to cook hot food. It would not really be an issue because there are kettle and toaster and electric egg cooker, but I think it would be better to explain so people know what to expect.
