Absolute joke from staff never stay there with a huge group not worth it at all.

Nothing as for 5 adults to stay in villa was way too small and location was way too far out from anything. Was there only an hour and wanted our money back.

Too small for five adults, pool was way tooo small. Asked staff for money back and had to go through manager but couldn’t contact them and booking . Com had left messages and I personally left numerous calls and messages and couldn’t get hold of them. Didn’t get a refund and absolute disgrace on their behalf. Only there an hour and couldn’t spend a night there.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Made delicious breakfast and assisted us with any queries we had. Place was tidy on arrival and great cleaning during our stay. Place is well looked after and looks as per the photos.

Villa Harmony was perfect

My friend and I stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect for our 4 night stay in Seminyak. The villa was so spacious and tidy, and we loved the private pool. The staff were all very helpful, and the villa exceeded expectations considering the reasonsable cost. Heavy rain triggered a power cut during the night one night, but there was a staff member on hand in the morning to fix this. There are plenty of nice little restaurants within walking distance and a mini supermarket 50 meters from the villa.

The villa is located in a quieter part of Seminyak and isn't central to the main square (35 minute walk), however, we used the Gojek app to book taxis (9 minutes to main square), which were at such a low cost to get about and reliable to use.

Villa was Ok, but but would not stay there again.

I liked the staff. They always had a smile.

There were several issues during our stay that we’d like to bring to your attention: No hot water for 7 days in Delux Villa. No pool towels provided, and a general lack of towels overall We had to request hand and bath towels every other day Two bathrooms experienced leaks after heavy rain One of the villas had no lounge chairs by the pool No TV in the main living area No water provided in the bathrooms for brushing teeth These issues significantly impacted our experience, and we hope they can be addressed to improve future stays.

It was okay, expected more for the money that was paid.

The location was good and it was good that each room had a private bathroom.

The water pressure in the shower was poor and the shared/living area is outdoors and diffifult for the wider group to socialise.

Fantastic stay for a group!

We had a great stay - the property is in a fantastic location and the staff are just amazing. Very friendly on site, and extremely responsive with questions and help. Our kids had a great time in the pool and we enjoyed the size and layout of the villa.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Villa was also clean and well positioned, about 5-10 minute drive to Seminyak Square.

Very little not to like, other than getting used to the different bathroom facilties (open air) ie attached to bedroom but no ceiling, overall was good.

I can hardly express how thankful I am for my stay at this amazing place. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with exceptional kindness. The service is beyond compare, and the staff were always ready to help me with anything I needed. I am especially grateful to its villa online assistant, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. I had incredible memorable moments in the villa which designed for family group like us. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing that I forgot all my troubles. Moreover, when I fell ill one day, the staff went above and beyond to arrange a doctor's visit in my room which was very comforting. It took 30 seconds walk to the mainroad and I can buy anything I need. The staff service was also top-notch; they helped us with everything we needed during the trip. Overall, this was the most amazing villa I have ever experienced. All I can say is "Wow!" I would love to return here someday soon.

Very impressive villa. very well-maintained. Nice pool and the bed is 10 out of 10. Nice open living area and it has plenty shades that will not make guest disturbed by the hot weather. I heard from staff that this villa is in partnership with company that can recycle trashes, which is very good.

The Villa environment is amazing. We stayed in a villa of more than 100 square meters. The room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. There was a direct charging socket. The swimming pool in the room was big. The bathroom was very clean. Because it is a villa resort, there are not many people overall, the energy is very good, it is very quiet at night, and you can sleep soundly. The location is very strategic, I walked 10 minutes to the nearest beach. We did it a few times and it was very relaxing and our skin was smooth and delicate. The hotel's food and beverages are also simply delicious. We order by ourselves. We will stay here again next time. The price is affordable compared to its villa and facilities.

The bedrooms were big and comfortable, the swirl pool was nice and clean. They change the towel and clean our rooms everyday.

The kitchenette looks old, but it was ok. The cups has stains.
