The professionalism and politeness of the staff is exceptional. Though there is no much of a view (A partial view of the Flame towers can be seen in the terrace though) the beach can be accessible within one blocks away. The Baku eye, flag square is nearby by walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by the restaurants, supermarkets so no hassle at all.
The studio apartment we stayed did not have any kitchen equipment. Basically the room was a normal guest room with a hot plate and a kitchen sink.

1. The receptionist was helpful and polite.
2. An elevator is a plus.
1. I didn’t like the way they serve breakfast. Some food was cold, not fresh, not enough clean plates.
2. I’d recommend to change the uncomfortable mattress and bed linen from synthetic to cotton.
