Aslan and Anar at the front desk were extremely helpful -- and the night clerk, Kanan, was also helpful as well-- when I staggered in from the airport at 1:00 am. Now let's talk about the breakfasts! Excellent, well-done and served with a fabulous view of the corniche and the Caspian Sea. Also, the location of the hotel was excellent too. Oh, and its prices were very reasonable. Convenient to Old Town -- and the hotel also offered tours. Thanks, Booking.com for setting me up with this hotel.

Absolutely amazing week spent in baku. Most of all the hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. Great breakfast. Amazing staff. The day time and night time staff were all very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Value for the money

The staff was fine and the view from the room was very nice.

There were several things we did not like about our stay. First, the breakfast was terrible and very disappointing. The options were extremely limited—you could only take two eggs and a few pieces of bread. There were no proper juices available, just two types of colored water that tasted strange, along with plain water. This was the biggest letdown for us. Second, the room experience was not satisfactory. Although we eventually received an upgrade after contacting the hotel staff multiple times, the initial room was unacceptable. It had two single beds in a very small space and did not seem clean. When we moved to a slightly larger room, it unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. In the end, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to book this hotel again.
