Comfortable self-contained room with close access to the ski lift.

The room included everything we needed, from a fridge and freezer to a cooker, oven and all the necessary utensils for cooking. It also had a private en-suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the large window offered a stunning view. The property was conveniently located close to the ski lift.

Location is beautiful and super peaceful, right by the hiking path and very closed to the Matterhorn express Gondola. The apartment has everything you would need for a long stay but the best of all it’s the view of the Matterhorn:) I slept with the curtains open every night to make sure I didn’t miss one second of that amazing Mountain View!

Lovely Air BnB - way, WAY up the mountain.

The location offered a beautiful view of the mountains, and great access to hiking trails.

Unfortunately i didn't have any internet so I could not reach the host when I arrived at night. I ended up going to a neighbouring business and asking them to call my host. You could use a bit more signage to help find Haus Galileo, especially in the dark.

Beautiful,clean, perfect location! Highly recommend Haus Galileo en Zermatt It was our first time in this place but hopefully not the last one!

It is clean, well equipped , management always attentive and kind. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful place with the best view of the Matterhorn

Beautiful town, great place

We loved how it was close to nature. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.

It was not easy to get to. The tax was going to charge us 50 CHF. We ended up walking halfway and then taking a taxi. I wouldn’t recommend the location for anyone with walking problems.

A fabulous stay in a spacious, clean home.

The property was fabulous. It was spacious and vey clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen and the sauna after a days skiing was amazing!

We had a great time!

The studio is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We even got an upgrade to the room with the Matterhorn view. The view you get is so dreamy :) Host is eager to help if you need anything. The place is a little further away from the center so better take a taxi on the day you arrive. (Easier with luaggage).

Great stay with family

The location was great, you have a beautifull view at the Matterhorn and because the house is a little at the end of the village it is quit. We where with a family (3 adults, 4 small kids) and for us the kitchen was great! We found everything we needed and cooked all the 4 nights and eat at the big table. The beds wear great and the space in the house was very big, so nice. Also the garden was super. To go into town we used the free bus, we didn't needed taxi's. Super stay! Thank you Claudia!!!

We thought 30 CHF for laundrey is very expensive.... but it was well done.

One of the best accommodation in Zermatt

Amazing accommodation with a very nice and helpful lady owner! There is perfect peace and the garden has one of the best views of the Matterhorn! The bus / cable car stop is just a few minutes walk away, so overall a very good location. In addition, the owner provided us with a more luxurious version of accommodation (two-storey suite) than we paid for! In short, complete satisfaction and we will be happy to return here again! Thank you!

Very good

Super accommodation in a very quiet environment and you have great views of the Matterhorn. Not all studios have Matterhorn view, you just have to ask to be sure. You have to take the cab from the train station and then have to walk a little way down to the house. For older people this will be difficult as it can be slippery in winter. The studio is equipped with everything you need and you can cook well. All in all a great place to relax and the beds are super soft.

Excellent

We lived in apart.#83 on a second floor. Room is pretty small but clean and modern, it has all kitchen things including a kettle and a coffee machine. We even had two bowles for our dog. A bed and bed linen look new and fresh. Sleeping was comfortable. Our room had a balcony with wonderful view to Matterhorn. Every morning and evening we could enjoy it. We could see Matteehorn without clouds! Host Claudia was very friendly and help us a lot. She let us stay longer last day so we could walk in Zermatt - village till 3 p.m. Highly recommend this apartments and host as an accomodation in Zermatt. Also price is very good for this expensive village.

A bit difficult to find apartments. Better to take taxi if you have a luggage.

Ski-in-Ski-out mit Matterhornblick

Das Appartement ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt eine unpräparierte Skiroute direkt vor dem Haus, über die man morgens bis vor die Seilbahn nach Furi kommt und abends wieder direkt vors Haus zurück. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Il wifi non prendeva sempre, era molto debole e abbiamo avuto difficoltà di connessione nonostante avessimo attivato dall'Italia il servizio Welcome Swisse. Prendeva di più in certi rifugi d'altra quota.
