Great spot in the mountains with a number of hikes nearby. Excellent opportunity to see European brown bears from a hide, and learn about mofettas. Spa facilities really nice and varied. Good breakfast and several restaurants for dinner. Staff numerous and very helpful.

We never figured out how to adjust the temperature in the room, but it was comfortable throughout.

Check-in was somewhat complicated as the instructions received were generic to the hotel complex (more than one reception!), rather than specific to our apartment. Privacy was compromised due to ground floor windows in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area, which also serves as a corridor for one of the other bedrooms to the bathroom. We had to keep the curtains drawn for the whole duration of the visit. I suggest replacing with frosted glass, as used in the bathroom, or changing the access route for the neighbouring rooms.
