Stayed here last year for 2 days 1 night. Was the only guy there even though I booked a mixed room - feels like VIP :))
The host is a bit distance but he was extremely helpful. I was nearly given up on my plan to travel to Kamui Cape (Kamui Misaki). However, he was able to find the way and even printed out the traveling plan for me. He was truly my savior back then <3
Besides, you would understand how local actually live by staying at this place (be more mindful about using the resources: water, electric, heater, etc.)
The view is great also. It's just that the garden wasn't cleaned up so I didn't have a chance to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

Stayed here for a couple of nights...
Place is about 15-minute walk to bus stop, shopping street, and train station - Family Mart is probably 5-7 minute walk
It was an OK stay although the whole place could get really cold, and the creaking noise (wooden floor) might bother you. Curfew and lights turn off at midnight...
The rooms have portable heaters (but auto off after 3 hours - should press start again)... 2 shower rooms; 1 with bathtub; 2 toilets

Cheap price, clean facilities and super helpful hosts.
The only drawback is the steep slope in front of their house.

Good place. But a little far away from many places. Also, it is more suitable for Japanese speakers. I booked this place due to its high rate in the platform, but it is lower than my expectation.
