Hostel Holland Bacau

I had a short but great stay at the Hostel Holland Bacau! Some of the highlights: - walking distance to a lot of the things I wanted to see in Bacau! - there is a large supermarket about a 2-3 minute walk from the place - kitchen has plenty of kitchenwares and cooking space (and a large fridge) an seating place (with a seperate dining/sitting room too). - comfortable bed and room with a cute balcony over the snowy rooftops ! - the lady who checked me in was fantastic and so accommodating for my last minute booking, plus towels were included which was a nice treat !

The stairs to enter can be a little slippery in the snow but the hosts warned me about it and there is a handrail to hold onto. Just something to be aware of if you are arriving when there is snow !

It was by far the nicest place I stayed during my few-week trip to Romania. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, thanks to the caring and friendly staff. The place was spotless, and my room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent and easy to find, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything one could need. A huge supermarket just five minutes away was a perfect bonus. I stayed there for my first two nights in Romania and again later in my trip while passing through Bacău. Highly recommended.

Una pena que me quedé solo un día pero tengo muy pocos días para recorrer Rumania. Este hostel es para quedarse varios días y disfrutar de la paz porque es un lujo. Todo muy tranquilo, ambiente muy amable y son sumamente hospitalarios. La limpieza es excelente, todo IMPECABLE. La habitación fue la mejor !!! Una terraza maravillosa y enorme donde tomé un poco de fresco y disfruté de un café luego del caluroso agotador viaje desde Bucarest. Todo muy verde !!! Lugares muy amplios !!! Ubicación y precio excelente !!! La señora y el señor de la recepción son ENCANTADORES. Pendientes que te sientas cómodo y que no te falte nada. Me prepararon café, me dieron agua…qué más pedir ? Las sábanas y la cama increíblemente cómodas y la toalla olía rico. El baño una maravilla muy limpio !!! Es un lugar muy grande, cómodo y fresco. 100 por ciento recomiendo !!! PD (Agrego) me comuniqué con el hostel por el miedo de llegar tarde ya que los trenes funcionan pésimo y siempre estuvieron pendientes de mí. Eso me dejó tranquilo que si llegaba después de hora me brindarían una solución para no quedarme en la calle. Son muy amables !!!

Regim de pensiune, nu de hostel. Am fost cazat singur și când am întrebat dacă se poate să mi se dea cameră singur, a spus că așa ar fi făcut oricum, nu abuzează de faptul că sunt 2 paturi în cameră!
