Totally totally phenomenal

Definitely the view. The food was totally amazing all week long great breakfast great snacks or meals throughout the day. The people were amazing. They made my journey pleasant.

I like to see hand railings, going up the stairs to your villa. I’m older and I did not want to slip and fall, but there was no railings to hold onto. I’d like to see a nice chair in the living room also. To relax and watch TV or just to chill.

Tranquil comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Rooms are spacious, pool is lovely and the view is amazing. Really nice place to stay for a comfortable time. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We wish we had stayed longer!! Also shout out to the adorable cat that stays in and around the property. As a cat lover this made my stay 😊

Nothing! Has a small problem with the air on but staff fixed it very quickly. Just be prepared to get a taxi into central ubud as it is not walkable from the hotel.

Magical place in Ubud

Absolutely beautiful location with the pool and terrace loking at the jungle and river canyon. Very tasty breakfasts. Decent rooms. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

The only thing was hydraulic problem in the bathroom. Warm water was either leaking or weak.

Beautiful place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Beautiful location overlooking a temple and a stunning jungle. We started each day with a healthy and delicious breakfast delivered to our rooms and ate on the balcony while enjoying the nature around us, including cute little birds. We also went for a swim each morning in the pool and dried off on the day beds before we headed out for the day.

The location is a bit far from town and we had to go through heavy traffic every time we wanted to go into town. That said, we intentionally wanted somewhere closer to nature and away from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic stay! Would come back again in an instant!

Amazing service, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Food was lovely and had an amazing view. The swimming pool was beautiful. Location was ideal for us, quiet enough out of the centre of Ubud to feel away from the hustle and bustle, but a 20 minute taxi to be right in the centre of Ubud! Thanks again team of Ubud Dedari Villas, we had such a lovely stay!

If you're not fond of nature, this might not be the place for you! (But we loved our little gecko neighbours)

Great location on the side of the valley. Away from the Ubud city centre so quiet. A great place to relax. Staff were welcoming and attentive, they really looked after us and provided all the information we needed.

Nice view in peaceful surroundings, good for a one night stay due to remote location

The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean. The bed with very large and comfortable with lovely pillows. The room itself was gorgeous with plenty of room to relax and a stunning view of the trees in peaceful surroundings. The porch outside had plenty of sitting space and so very quiet and peaceful. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The location was the most disappointing aspect of this property. It was in the middle of nowhere and had to walk a fair distance to try to find a restaurant or cafe. The streets were patrolled by barking growling dogs and it was a task trying to avoid all the faeces along the way. We were looking forward to breathing in the fresh mountain air but it was filled with smoke every morning that we had to stay inside. There is no restaurant at the resort so when the breakfast reached your room, it was cold.

Disappointing Not recommended

The location and view are great.

I’ve travelled to over 30 countries, and this is the lowest rating I’ve ever given a hotel. Our stay was frustrating from the start. On the first night, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Staff came around 10pm to fix it, but after an hour, it still wasn’t working. We asked to change rooms but were told it was fully booked. When we requested a partial refund, they said they’d speak to the manager—but the manager later said they couldn’t do that and only offered one “free” breakfast, even though we were staying two nights. The breakfast included just one dish and one drink, and when I ordered orange juice, I was charged for that orange juice. We clearly said we needed rest in the morning, but they still asked twice if they could come fix the issue—I had to say no both times and ask them to leave a quite morning for us. Overall, the situation was poorly handled, with little regard for guest comfort. Definitely not recommended.

The pool was beautiful with an amazing view of the jungle. We loved the dedari villa, it was perfect , the bed was very big and the whole place has a great jungle but luxury vibe! The staff was exceptional, so helpful and super friendly. We would love to return. We had an amazing time for our anniversary, it was definitely the best hotel we stayed in!!

Fantastic Villa! Highly Recommended

Fantastic villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and wished that we had booked a longer stay. Staff were friendly and super accommodating. Breakfast is delivered every morning to the room, and we could choose from 8 options. The pool is great, and can be used anytime. Smart TV is great as well, to wind down after a long day of adventure. The outdoor washroom was definitely my favourite part of the villa!

The best friendly service and beautiful property

We arrived at Dedari Villas in the evening to the most picturesque setting, looking out over the forest, with an infinity pool. This place is just so stunning and enchanting, so peaceful and only filled with the sounds of nature. The staff were impeccable with their service and looked after any and ever need we could have. They catered to our certain dietary requirements with ease and were so friendly and welcoming. The Villa was so clean and well presented. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend having the floating breakfast at the pool too, they put in so much effort to make it beautiful. Will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Have some paradise (almost) to yourself

Huge and luxurious villa, with only a few others to share the place with. The pool is small but overlooks the trees and river, where you can see a lot of birds. There were usually enough beds by the pool. The roomservice completed the millionaire experience. Ubud is just around the corner. Check out Piduh Charity Cafe nearby, where they employ people with Down syndrome who attend the school that runs the cafe.

Some items on the menu are better than others, I guess you'll have to try them out for yourself!

Perfect peaceful oasis close to Ubud

Kind staff, beautiful garden and views of the jungle. The hotel was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been to in Bali. Everything was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and has many options.
