The location and the open walks outside. Friendly and helpful staff.
Facilities a bit old fashioned. Shared balconies good for winter, where the doors are closed, but these could be very noisy in summer

It was in a good location,
It’s a beautiful historic property but it does not have the quality you’d expect being Peppers. It is quite rundown and dilapidated in a lot of places.
Breakfast was ok but we were sat with piles of dirty dishes. Rooms were tidy but definitely did not feel clean.
