The breakfast was great, beds comfy and staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for access to St Gilgen, and away from the busy lake area. Parking was plentiful and the setting peaceful and quiet.
The room was hot despite the fact that they had kindly provided a fan. To be fair, Only air con would solve this problem in weather as hot as this.

Excellent location which was very walkable. Nicely appointed room with mini fridge and newly renovated bathroom. The owners were very friendly and had a delicious variety at breakfast with made to order eggs, fresh fruit and a variety of rolls and cold cuts and cheeses.
Loved the balcony and windows.

Great family hosts who made effort to welcome you and ensure you have everything needed. Arranged for us to park our motorcycles in the back of hotel in secure gated car park. Room was very clean and attended to each day. Breakfast was huge selection and friendly. Lots of nice touches to make the stay better. Clearly a family who care about guests. Ideal location just off main square and lots of restaurant options. Cable car up the mountain is 5 mins walk and boat on lake is 10. Both worth doing.
