Good room. Fairly big. Quite a good spread at the buffet. Tasty food. Staff very accommodating. I was traveling from Kottayam to Bangalore and it was great that the property was just off the highway. So, getting in was easy and while leaving we essentially drove out on to the highway.
I’d love to have the option of thinner pillows. The pillows are too thick.

Breakfast was good. The location is not that great. It is a bit far off from the city. It is closer to the airport though.
The worst part was that the check-in staff would give only one key, stating that it was due to a security requirement. That is a first for me, all over the world. They need to stop this lame excuse and improve on this. Employees need to be trained a lot more. They are not professional in hospitality services, particularly those at the check-in / reception. Restaurant staff were very good and polite and courteous.
