Amazing hotel. So relaxing. Staff were great. Loved the lunch menus.
Our fridge in the room was not working unfortunately. The electricity kept going out quite often which wouldn’t matter too much expect for the fact the AC would then turn off and you would have to get back up and turn back on. I would pick a basic room really as we only used the hot tub once and it’s not really in private area. Can’t order taxis from location with apps, you need hotel to book. Also thought it was annoying that the restaurants were sold out as if you didn’t like the dinner that night there was no back up option.

Liked the pool would have liked it to be heated so could swim in it more.
The hotel had only just opened a few days so they were completing the works, lots of workmen with power tools noises by the bar, power cuts whilst your in the pitch dark of the shower whilst the power tools were in use must have tripped something a few times. Coffee pods but no coffee machine, lots of building dust, sinks never looked clean always a residue of sand.
Our bedroom/swim up room had a great view of the toilets
