nothing as such. may be ACs can be serviced and the TV remotes and all can be replaced

Need a lot of renovation. AC's were not working properly, It seemed they were 100 year old . One of the toilet WC was not working water in taps and shower was so slow that you had to wait for hrs to fill the bucket taking Shower was out of question. Maintenance needed to be taken care of.
TV subscription AC in sitting area was not at all working. Upkeep of all appliance to be done
