Everything was sooo unique and classic style, from the beginning we felt that we are at home . The most Respectful people are working there who know how to welcome you.
Honestly There is not something to say that I didn’t like. I’m review writer, so believe it that i always can find something to complain.😀😉
The only thing that you need to know is about prices for Dinner and breakfast which is not cheap but it’s reasonable. Because everything is very fresh and well done. Also there isn’t easy access to other places to eat. So worth it to try? Yes

Das Hotel/Guesthouse liegt in einem Bergdorf in ca. 650-700 m Höhe in den Ausläufern des Helikongebirges, nahe z.B. von Thiva/Theben und von Askri/Askra, dem hesiodschen "Musental", und nahe mehrerer anderer interessanter Orte antiker Mythologie und Geschichte. Die antiken Plätze im landschaftlich schönen Musental sind fast verschwunden; mit einem örtl. Führer kann man aber immer noch erstaunliche um die 2500 Jahre alte Sachen erkennen. Das nahegelegene Livadia ist eine lebhafte moderne Stadt, mit Fußgänger- und Einkaufszone, darin u.a. das sehr gute und preiswerte typische Familienrestaurant "Grand Meza".
Das Guesthouse ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet: die Zimmer, Speiseraum, großer gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum, volle Bücherregale. Seine "Musen" sind außerordentlich hilfreich, lokale und regionale Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden und erleben zu können: Orte, Museen (unbedingt in Tiva!) , Delphi, Klöster, ortstypische Restaurants, Wanderungen auf antiken Spuren ... Für Frühstück und Abendessen können wir ihre eigene kreative griechische Küche sehr empfehlen, der Musen-Roséwein hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Auch Extrawünsche werden gerne erfüllt.
Sie Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad könnten etwas größer sein.

Fantastic location on a side of mount Helicon, very landscape wild and yet relatively close to ancient Thebes museum, Delphi and Athens. Superlative host, very helpful and nice. Very good food, mainly locally produced (we can highly recommend the local dinner offered upon request). Very nicely decorated guesthouse.
Not so easy to find even with a GPS navigation system but definitely worth the effort. The rooms are a bit too warm during the hottest summer days albeit a powerful fan is provided. By law there cannot be A/C in the property, hence It is a pity there are no mosquito nets at the windows so that one could keep them open in the cooler summer nights.
