Last time I visited the country 20 years ago this was the best hotel in town. I don't know if it still is, but the experience was as then excellent. The staff's conduct was friendly and accommodating, just impeccable. I cannot imagine visiting San Salvador and staying any place else.
The infrastructure is a bit dated. We didn't have good wi-fi reception on the top floor.
