The staff is very helpful, they tried to help us until our last minute in their hotel (Breakfast to go & Taxi at 4am)

The location is perfect. Bed was very comfortable. View was fantastic, right across the beautiful harbour. Staff could not be more helpful. Restaurant was very good as well. Breakfast was generous and service exemplary.
The bathroom. It is very small and the sink is outside the room, whilst the toilet is in the bathroom. There is no flat surfaces to put anything down in the bathroom. Way too small for a triple room and very basic. Surprising as the rest of the room was lovely.

Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Excellent vibe. Good Greek breakfast.
The facility can be a bit better. Bed and blanket were not the most comfy ones.
Due to its an old building, the noise cancellation doesn’t really exist.

Wonderful location right in the Chania harbor area! Amazing views from our room and balcony as well as from the hotel's spacious rooftop (tables/chairs set up). We enjoyed relaxing in the sun with the views, above the hustle and bustle below. This place has one of the best views compared to other places you could stay around the harbor (nice size room balcony, location of rooftop). Centrally located, walkable to many interesting areas in Chania (pier/lighthouse walk at sunset, churches, Turkish area, restaurants, shopping etc). One of our favorite places to visit during our 2-week trip to Greece - combination of history, scenic views, size/feeling of town. Reception desk staff were great - very helpful in answering questions before our trip (via messaging on Booking.com) and during our stay. Loved the architecture of the room - wood beamed ceiling. Feels very Venetian with the room and harbor views but a cleaner, smaller version of Venice :)! Staff also very helpful in booking a taxi and helping us with luggage on the morning of our departure (taxi came to the back of the hotel, right by the water). Would have liked more days here!
