Spotlessly clean- called on phone for access. Very safe and secure and private for a hostel. Helpful if phone seller . Allowed left luggage after our trip.
Couldn’t contact via booking. Com or message but when called they were very good. Despite booking it because it had a swimming pool, only 2 weeks later we arrived to it being closed. . Light in balmy didn’t walk
