Good value for money, good location (underground, trams, buses)

I received information how to check in after contact with apartment. The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and equipped with needed things. Bedroom have everything needed to sleep and rest after a long day of sightseeing. I wasn't used kitchen except the fridge.

Bed wasn't the best one, it was acceptable for me. Soundproof could be better, because I heard steps and talking on the corridor.

We were extremely shocked to find ants in the apartment upon arrival. We immediately contacted the property to request either a refund or to be moved to another apartment. Unfortunately, they refused to accommodate us and kept us in the infested unit for three nights. Only after persistent pressure did they finally agree to move us. This was by far the most serious issue and made our stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, the shared laundry facilities were poorly maintained. The iron was broken and had a sticky substance on it, which damaged the sleeve of one of my shirts during ironing. Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this property to others.

Nice apartament near Porta Romana

The property is near to the city center of Milano, about 3 stations away from the Duomo and from the principal attractions in the city. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean and equipped with basic cutlery and utensils if you need to cook. Other than that it is a basic apartment if you need a longer stay in Milano.

I travelled in the summer and the mosquitoes are ravenous at this time of the year and the property didn't provide any insect repellent device. One detail about the overall cleaning is that I received new towels every 2-3 days but I didn't receive any more toilet paper, soap or shower/shampoo gel.

Very spacious room with great facilities

Very good air conditioning as weather was very room, a very spacious room with good facilities in the kitchen and bathroom.

The location is rather far from and the centre and train station so it can become complicated when trying to get around.

Exceptional - highly recommend

Bathroom was very nice, rooms were clean and comfy with good AC - had fridge space and other utilities - was like staying in an apartment. The lady on reception was very friendly and we had a nice chat about her time in the U.K., she even gave us a nice leaving gift! Would love to stay again.

Modern apartment, nice, cozy, clean and very well located. Clear instructions for access to the property. Quiet neighborhood with many restaurant options. Fair price. Excellent attention from the staff, especially Andrea.

A great choice.

The property is clean, in a wonderful location near everything. The space is very good for one or two people. Very quiet, and safe area.

The only thing I would suggest is to have utensils in the kitchen, and a can opener. We got a beer and a drink and we could not open it. Besides that, it’s a great option and I recommend it 100%.

Clean and quite, but if good sleep is important to you, look elswhere

- good location - close to Porta Romana subway - overall well furbished, modern clean room - quite area, fast, contactless check-in, check-out

- no real bed, only a detachable wall bed/couch, not very comfortable mattress + very stiff pillows -> unpleasant sleep experience - Air Condition apparently outdated and not very efficient - when set to 17degrees C with maximum fan speed, it barely reached 24 (subjective feeling) after whole night, with a proper AC, you would freeze very soon with such a setting - bathroom sink sewage did not work properly

Great size apartment - a sofa bed so two rooms of a kitchen/living/sleeping room and then bathroom. Also had a little balcony. Kitchen well stocked so we could cook our own food and location wise was a 10 min walk to closest metro so great.

Well priced, great location, helpful staff

The staff was very helpful including front desk and cleaning crew. Loved the location. A neighborhood that feels like a residential neighborhood not an overpriced tourist area.

The room was small for two people with large suitcases. We were only there for one night, so maybe that's why we were assigned such a small room. Our friends who were staying for 2 nights had a larger room.

Exceptional

The Residence is located in a peaceful and green part of town. You have a few taverns near bay, and a metro station is 5min walking distance. You have a big store also few minutes away. Appartement was very clean and quiet and you have a deposite box for your luggage if needed, which came very handy to us. When we cone bac, I'll wont look any other location but reserve right here again. thank you.
