    The shower stopped up. The shower head was facing the other side but no door to shut, a lot of water splashed to the floor and leaked outside the bathroom. It needs a sliding door. The bbq buffet was disappointing but the general buffet was excellent. Pools, beach, all you can eat and drink! Great value.

    Deberían los recepcionistas dar información completa del hotel. Tuve que estar haciendo preguntas como detective para saber a qué hora era el desayuno, la comida y la cena y lo que se puede hacer. He estado en otros resorts en México y te deben de dar una introducción de las instalaciones. En el último día apenas supe que tenía un spa el hotel.
