Central and quiet location. Walking distance to mamy restaurants, shops and main city squares. New and very clean. Warm room, very appreciated in cold December weather. Parking in the garage of adjucent building. Seamless self-checkin, all info needed were provided upfront and accurate. Once you get to the garage, parking places are well marked, as well as direction to the guesthouse. View is only at the narrow courtyard and the wall, but we did not mind it at all, in summer the wall is completely green, so must we very pleasant even when hot. Good matrace.

Just two minor things - there is no kettle and tea, which would be very much appreciated for mornings, before you get somewhere for breakfast. And I personaly did not like the pillow, was too high and big so I did not use it at all.

Great location and very cozy stay The hotel is perfectly located — just a short walk from the city center, yet it's very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the mini fridge in the room and the fact that the trash was emptied and towels changed regularly. A very comfortable and pleasant stay!

What could be improved The pillows could be more standard – one was too large and the other very small, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably. It would also be great to have a mosquito screen on the window, as quite a few insects came in when the window was open after the rain. Thank you!

the location was good

complicated check-in, i had to fill in the personal data online and send it, then wait for an email with the pin code to enter, sending the data didn't work from my phone and i had to use someone's elses' phone, the pin response didn't come, I had to call by phone but no one picked up, then later I got the email, it wasn't automated. that took some time while i was already exausted and just want to rest after a long trip. The bathroom ventilation was never touched since ages, totally blocked causing noise once it starts working (it worked once only, so it wasn't a big problem). No shampoo, hair drier wasn't working, no water boiler, no tea packs, no coffee, but there were two small bottles of water.
