reasonably priced and worth the stay

A decent German breakfast spread kept me full while snowboarding all day. There are meats, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, bread, jams, spreads, fruits, and several juices available. They have a room to store your gear, and the ski bus stop is 3 minutes outside of the hotel, and this bus goes to Landeck, where the train station is, or near all 3 lifts available in Ischgl. The bus runs very frequently, and it is free while you are staying. The older man who runs the place is so nice and helpful! He used the little English he had to make sure I had a good stay! I would definitely come back to this place when I snowboard in Austria again. Manthonerhof is a sleepy village, but this is more of my vibe, as there are too many people in the town of Ischgl and the accommodation was 100+ euros more expensive!

Put some mayo out? Just kidding, there is a supermarket down the road which has mayo for cheap prices anyway. I don't have anything bad to say about this place!

Wonderful - an oasis of normality in these crazy times. A great value lovely comfortable hotel.

The beds were really comfortable, nice duvets and pillows which were warm. The sauna area was a lovely surprise and perfect for the tight ski muscles- we loved the underground tunnel to the pizzeria. Reinhardt was really helpful , breakfast was fabulous and everything was really clean. also it was 1 minute to the skibus which came very regularly to Ischgl ski gondola just a 5 minute trip away.

it would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and one key each.

Cleanliness and location were superb. The Breakfast was good. There is option to visit sauna without extra charge, which is awesome after skiing. The comunication with the owner was in German, and i have non existant german, but we managed.

Thin walls, and bad sound isolation. really became frustrating when one guest started snoring during the night.

Bardzo uprzejma obsługa hotelowa. Idealna baza narciarska. Blisko przystanku. Wysoka czystość pokoi. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników każdego dnia. Byliśmy pod wrażeniem dokładności. Spotkaliśmy narciarzy, którzy przyjeżdzają spać w tym hotelu od kilkunastu lat. Jest to dla nas świadectwo jakości tego miejsca.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen traumhaften Skiurlaub! Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, fünf Tage im Garni Mathonerhof in Mathon (Ischgl) zu verbringen – und es war einfach fantastisch! Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, wurden täglich gereinigt, und die Betten wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht – ein absoluter Luxus nach einem langen Skitag! Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag auf der Piste. Ein besonderes Highlight war das köstliche Frühstück – frisch, vielfältig und mit Liebe zubereitet. Genau das Richtige, um energiegeladen in den Skitag zu starten! Die Lage ist ideal: Mathon ist ruhig und entspannt, aber mit der perfekten Anbindung nach Ischgl. Die Skibusse fahren regelmäßig, sodass man schnell im Skigebiet ist. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt! Wer eine gemütliche, saubere und gastfreundliche Unterkunft für einen Skiurlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Klare 10/10 – absolut empfehlenswert!
