Prices are too high for everything because of separate location and monopoly for all goods,no shuttle service to city, stuff is not so hospitable as other Costa Ricans,no robs, slippers, needs box in bathroom, very limited number of expensive tours

A proper American resort, direct access to the beach was good
Everything is extra, even the breakfast 40 dollars +tax per person, they do not give you more then 1 beach towel a day, bad experience with the laundry, on of my pants came back with a pencil mark.
Spa acess (sauna and steam room) are also not included, wondering if the gym you also need to pay extra
$$$$
