We loved the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was beautiful.

The location of this hotel is truly amazing in Mykonos. It is remote with a beautiful beach with turquoise water and villas with an amazing sunset and sunrise view. The staff was excellent and accommodating from beginning to end. The manager of the restaurant was one of the best we’ve had in a long time and Giota at reception was amazing as wells. The renovated rooms have lovely taste, very comfortable sun beds and the spa masseuse had excellent technique.

Some rooms like signature are not renovated and contrast too much with new refurbished villas. However the staff is really GREAT at accommodating room necessities which we highly appreciated and made the stay even more special . To make it a perfect 10 : free sun beds included for a better all inclusive experience. Same for the breakfast : or at least offer a small continental fruit and bread and coffee included.

the location was ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The staff went out of their way to make the holiday an experience to remember.

I was just disappointed that housekeeping was not always at the level we have received in previous small luxury hotels. A couple of times having to asked for things to be replenished. This was sorted immediately.

Secluded location conveniently situated between Mykonos Town and well-known southern beach clubs. Restaurant staff was very attentive and kind, with special mention to Nikos, Irene and Thesos.

The accomodation was dirty and lacking basic hygiene & safety standards. Poor management. Upon entering the room, we found used capsules in the coffee machine, a dirty sponge in the sink, and stained towels. There was also a strong, disturbing odour of mold and cheap air freshener. Determined to enjoy our holiday, we simply asked for new towels, threw out the capsules, and continuously aired out the room, without complaint. However when we discovered that our shower window opened into a communal housekeeping unit, we could no longer ignore the shortcomings of this hotel (see photo). We informed staff that this was unacceptable and that the window should have been locked and frosted. Their first response: there is a ventilation button if you want to air the room? When escalated to the manager, she explained that a handyman was meant to come and lock it, but he was not available before season-opening. We later found out that this was a lie, as the same feedback was posted by another guest in July 2025. The fire extinguisher was also missing from the holder - a clear safety failure. See photo attached. To summarise, if you are used to decent hospitality and basic hygiene practices, I do not recommend this hotel. You will be bitterly disappointed.  FYI: if booking for immediate future, please also note that there is ongoing construction impacting the peace of certain villas.
