-Amazing interior design -Very friendly and sympa young staff. Costa, the hotel manager, is always present. -Location is top, even though it’s a bit far from downtown Mykonos. Amazing views over Elia Beach. -Beach is wonderful. -Food is very delicious

-TV has no Netflix -No sofa in the deluxe room

We were in a luxurious villa with a jacuzzi and a private swimming pool. And the view! Out of this world. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne, water and fruits, which was a very nice surprise. The shuttle to the private Elia beach stretch (for all Myconian hotels' guests) was very convenient, and the sunbeds are ever so comfortable. Both the restaurant, and the pool bar had very lovely food and drinks, reasonably priced, and kids-friendly! (We had three little ones with us, and they were so happy.) On our checkout day we spend the whole day at the shared big and beautiful infinity pool overlooking the bay. But all this is nothing compared to the staff! Top notch. Particularly Pauline who was greeting us and overlooking our stay was fantastic. Thank you so much for having us! We'll be back.

From beginning to end, this was one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had. Although we originally booked Myconian Utopia, the team surprised us by arranging for us to spend our four-night stay in a magnificent private villa at Panoptis Escape. The villa was unquestionably the most stunning accommodation we have ever experienced, with complete privacy, a beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking views across the Aegean. It gave us an extraordinary setting, but the people turned the stay into a story we will be telling for years. The concierge service was outstanding and every detail was handled with warmth, care and remarkable efficiency. Everyone we encountered; from the drivers, waiters and chefs to the spa therapists and hotel management, was splendid and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was exceptional throughout our stay. We enjoyed outstanding meals both in the Myconian restaurants and privately at the villa, with excellent quality, presentation and service every time. The massage arranged on the villa’s terrace was another unforgettable experience. The location above Elia Beach is also spectacular. The beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. As soon as we return to Mykonos, this will be our home.

Looks good on outside as part of a large collection of hotels. Bed comfortable.

The restaurant Camares that was recommended to go as part of the group was sad. Photocopy paper dirty menus. Sent food back. Returned to hotel. Netflix broadcast didn’t work. Layout of room weird. No place for suitcases. Sliding door broke. Dirty dishes remained in room from arrival.
