Good, apart from breakfast service

The reception was very helpful and the food in the evening was superb.

The downside, as far as we were concerned, was the breakfast situation. When we arrived at breakfast, the room had been ransacked by a coach party. The tables hadn't been cleared, and the food wasn't covered, leaving cold meats and cheese at the mercy of flies. There were coffee and tea spillages at the coffee station, and no member of staff seemed bothered about clearing it up. There seemed to be a lack of breakfast staff available, and no restaurant manager appeared present to keep the service running smoothly.

Comfortable place, nice views, chill surroundings, good bed, nice and helpful staff. Got a good price for being off-season. Perfect for what I wanted at the moment.

a disappointed holliday

There was nobody at the desktop when I arrived. The room key was left in an envelope with my name on it, I had to wait till someone told me this. I got a SINGLE room, smaller, with no balcony, allthough I paid in advance for a DOUBLE room, larger. I changed the room the next day, when there was someone at the desktop to contact. I had to leave early in the morning ( 6.30 a.m.), I announced in the evening before and I asked if I could get some coffe at least the next morning. The breakfast was included in rooms price and startet from 6.30 a.m. on working days . It was a friday. I was refused, they say they do not start till 7.30 a.m. When I leaved, the elevator was not working, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs from the 3th floor. Not easy! I got sick. For economy reasons they might had stopped the lift for the night, but I announced I was going to leave early. In the lobby there were some providers drinking...coffe. They said to me that the manager did not arrived, they have nothing to do with the lift.

The room was very spacious. Christoph at reception was super friendly and helpful. Very good location for public transport.

Business travel, need to have a stopover and rest

Location very close to the highway, 2'. Building modern and comfortable. Room spacious, modern and good equipped. Silence, so you can sleep having good rest and restart your travel the morning after. There are Lidl market and mc Donald close to the hotel. Super, my rate is 10!

property itself looks a bit rundown May be still struggling after the closures due to covid maintenance needed in pool area none of the buttons to activate waterfall or sprinklers in pool worked - steam room not working towels in pool that were provided old and torn - not up to the standards in our bathroom someone must have started some maintenance to unblock bath tub but not finished the plugs to close sink and tub were losers lying around pillows very flat and should be replaced Restaurant had no wine list and the menu was on a printed piece of paper that was all wrinkled at least invest jn a plastic sleeve that can be cleaned

The staff were very friendly

Uncomfortable sleeping. Loud noises from other guest. Loads noise before 8am from the construction next door. Not one good night's sleep all week very disappointing and stressful
