The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They helped me book a taxi to the train station very early in the morning which I really appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. The guest house set up is super nice and home-y. The location is excellent, only about a 5-7 minute walk to Registan Square with plenty of markets and a couple of ATMs near by for convenience.

Apparently there are two Jahongirs very close to each other. We definitely did not the room we booked! Check in was very confusing. It did not give us a good feeling. Very rare also when using this booking platform. The hotel is good quality nonetheless but we booked this one for the authentic atmosphere and we ended up in a regular room (nothing special). So make sure you get what you
booked.
