Nice rooms and great breakfast

Nice rooms, a bit older bathroom but nothing we would mind. Windows point to the square but there wasn’t any extra noise. Very kind staff. The included breakfast was tasty and takes place in the cafe in the ground level. You cam have a hot beverage (tea/coffee) and either some sweet pastry or a sandwich. No option for gluten free bread but if you can have your own they’ll provide jam and butter for example. Parking for free in the inner courtyard of the property (if there’s a free place)

On the beautiful main square of Maniago, best spot for a one night stay in the area. Easy parking

The cafe bar below the hotel belongs to the group and the food and cakes and croissants are made by them. The hotel is centrally located to all the main items in town.

Only two very small items - the shower area is a little shower small restricting turning and suggestion of additional pillows as the ones supplied were a little soft.

Central location was great to explore the town. The cafe was great. The people really friendly.

It would have been nice to find secure parking for my motorcycle, and the church bells were really loud on Sunday morning. But that would not stop me from staying here again.

The bathroom was clean but quite old with a cracked toilet seat and the free toiletries weren’t replaced after the previous guests. The included breakfast was only small italian breakfast(coffee, juice, croissant)

It was too hot to sleep. There was no AC, just a small fan and we had to use curtains because of a street lamp right in front of our windows, so we couldn't even vent the hot air out of our room.

Very nice hotel on main piazza. I was given a large double room instead of the single room that I reserved. Bright, comfortable room with light wood flooring and light gray furniture and walls with window on the piazza. Plenty of electrical outlets. Night stands on each side of bed which was two twins pushed together to make a double. Small refrigerator and supermarket right around the corner for water, wine and snacks if you want to do in room thing. Wifi good at 40 Mbps thru my VPN. Good sized bathroom but shower small. A 10 minute walk to the train station and bus station. Breakfast was available from 6:30 with no end time since it was served in the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel on the first floor. Very good coffee. Your choice of what is available in counter with croissants, sweets and sandwiches. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kind young lady at the reception brought my heavy luggage to the second floor for me since there is no elevator. Highly recommend the hotel.

right in the center of Maniago. private free parking (if you find space). free breakfast served at the bar of the hotel. price is correct for the services provided. room quite big and with all necessities.

there's no really a reception service, same people working for the hotel and bar. rooms are big but should be better maintained (curtain was not closing well) and modernised in the equipment. overall the price is correct for what you get.
