Spacious and open
Pans dirty and a bit old and tired with carpet rucking up etc

Staff were welcoming and accommodating, I arrived in the evening and room had been prepared for late check-in and instructions communicated through clearly. There was plenty of off street parking, which was great.
Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but that is neither here nor there.

the room was clean and comfortable, facilities provided, jug. toaster, microwave, cutlery were all clean ,
The hotel had no illuminated signs to show exactly where the entry was, being on a side street. We had food delivered and the uber driver could not locate us, we had to go out in the dark to the roadside to collect our food.

"Very comfortable bed. Bath under the shower in my ensuite. Small kitchenette was good. Clean carpets."
